SO disappointed
I was so excited to subscribe to both the print and digital copies of Vogue. Being a fashion student, this means I would have a permanent copy on my iPad and the print version to cut up and use for inspiration and mood boards etc.
However, I am extremely DISAPPOINTED in this app!!! I have never been so frustrated trying to use an app. If simply DOES NOT work. You sign up with your account number for the app, create an account... And thats the furthest you get. The app does not allow you to sign in and download the current issue. I emailed customer support 3 days ago and was told I would get a reply in 24 hours... Nothing came. The only good thing about this situation is that I was able to cancel my subscription and get my full refund (or so Im told - it will be a couple of days...)
Come on Vogue, you are the queen of fashion magazines and you cant get your app to work!?!? I havent had a problem subscribing to any other magazines thus far on my iPad. Vogue will probably be the last magazine I pick up off the news stand now...
DONT waste your time or money.
